2. Products
FAIR TO GOOD sells physical, one-of-a-kind items – primarily ponchos, towels, robes, and blankets – made from high-quality, rescued fabrics. Each product is unique.
3. Shipping
We ship internationally, especially to Switzerland, the USA, and Turkey. Deliveries are handled by DHL or UPS. Shipping is charged at a flat rate and shown during checkout. While public tracking is not yet available, we monitor all shipments internally.
4. Payment Methods
Currently, we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe (credit card) and TWINT will be available soon.
5. Returns & Claims
To minimize unnecessary shipping, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Our products are made from rescued materials – minor weaving flaws are part of their design and message.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will of course cover all return shipping costs. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery at info@fairtogood.com.
6. Repairs & Circular Thinking
We are developing a system to extend the life cycle of our products. If your FAIR TO GOOD item is damaged through regular use, feel free to contact us – we may already be able to help you find a repair solution in collaboration with local tailors.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or natural wear. Please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
8. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland.
