All our products are crafted from 100% cotton fabrics, primarily sourced from production overruns or imperfections in Denizli, Turkey. We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the unique nature of our materials, variations in color, texture, and size may occur.

3. Payment and Taxes

We accept various payment methods including VISA, MasterCard, TWINT (for Switzerland), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties imposed by their jurisdiction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to the EU, Switzerland, and the USA through our partner Yollando, utilizing various reputable carriers. Shipping fees are presented transparently during checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement product, based on the customer’s preference.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contractual relationship shall be the registered office of our sole proprietorship in Zurich, Switzerland. However, we reserve the right to sue at the customer’s general place of jurisdiction.
